Naming the Friction
PublishedFriction precedes framework. The GL!TCH is the cultural, interface, and inner-script collision that arrives before the future does. Polyvagal mapping (Ventral, Sympathetic, Dorsal) turns the friction into legible nervous-system data instead of noise.
Pattern Exploration
PublishedMany-worlds drift. Every tile interaction is treated as a parallel possibility weighted by coherence with the user's intention. Position, attractors, and trajectory are tracked across the Five Seasons: Pollens, Noems, Poems, Totems, Anthems.
Intentional Commitment
PublishedTuning intention. The Ontic State Finder uses four quadrants of lived experience to identify irreducible entities, relations, and properties. A decision log condenses each commitment into a proverb developing one of four proverbial abilities: new ways of thinking, doing, seeing, feeling.
Relational Infrastructure
PublishedRelational infrastructure. Polyvagal co-regulation (Ventral safety, Sympathetic mobilization, Dorsal shutdown) meets autopoiesis and the nahual, the attractive aliveness that draws attention to what is most alive. Trust, conflict, and repair as nervous-system work, not personality work.
Pragmatic Imagination
PublishedPragmatic imagination. An expanded palette of the senses and eight "Think-Like" metaphors (Forest, River, Mountain, Lake, Volcano, Ocean, Storm, Sun) pull worldbuilding into multi-sensory, embodied reflection.
Designing the System
PublishedDesigning the system. The full Calm Magic board: five seasons by four quadrants by sixty-four tiles, each layered with a hexagram, a sacred-calendar signature, a learning-organization discipline, and a wu-wei intensity. An alignment model scores coherence, naturalness, and the balance between touch and concept.
Living the Ontology
PublishedWhere the designed system meets real workflow: ontology, graph, and the adjustment plan that keeps the organization tunable.
Operating in Flow
PublishedContinuous reconfiguration through re-observation: previously collapsed branches can be revisited and re-weighted. Attractor regions on the manifold reveal where coherence concentrates. The framework dissolves into practice: a creative, transition-design expedition.
