Each fragment you capture is pragmatic imagination at work: a real insight, tension, or idea, grounded enough to act on. Move through enough of the board, enough seasons, and what you're actually building is relational intelligence — the capacity to see how every part of your work connects to every other part.

Sixty-four tiles, three layers — Agendas, Lens, and Maps — each tile its own named facet with its own inquiry question. Pick your season, open a tile, capture a fragment.

Start at A1 and walk the board one step at a time. GLITCH moves up a row, TUNE moves down a row, DRIFT shifts you left or right across the row you're on. You can also click any tile directly to jump back to somewhere you've already been.

Turn every fragment you've captured into two real documents.

This reads every fragment captured across the whole board — every tile, every season — and asks the Calm Magic PRD/RRD Generator (an AI automation, not a canned template) to write them up as a PRD (five layers: POLLEN, INTENT, EXPERIENCE, SUBSTRATE, EXECUTION) or an RRD (your relational position across the Sovereignty / Intimacy quadrants). The more tiles you've explored, the more grounded the result.
